THE 411 ON MtW

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect,
but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.
— P H I L I P P I A N S 3 : 1 2 - 1 4

Who’s included in MtW?
Youth from 15 years of age (or those who have completed ninth grade) through age 20 are invited to participate in More Than a Week. Bring your youth ministry workers, too; there will be special programs just for them.

Where will MtW be held?
In the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! YMCA of the Rockies will host both conference activities and lodging at Estes Park Center, Estes Park, Colo. Housing will be provided in the center’s newer or newly renovated buildings; all rooms feature private baths.

How Do I Get There?
If you will be flying, the closest airport is Denver International Airport. Shuttle service is available from the airport and arrangements can be made when registering for the conference. If you will driving, directions are available from the YMCA of the Rockies.

Where Will I Stay?
Housing will be provided in the center’s newer or newly renovated buildings; all rooms feature private baths. Linens and towels are provided. (Bring an extra towel for swimming, and maybe an extra towel for showering, just in case.) In most cases youth will be housed only with youth from their own church. In some cases, to make the most of space, two church groups may be represented within one room. In these cases, all youth (of the same gender) from the two churches will be housed in rooms near to each other.

Can Spouses of Chaperones Room Together?

How much will it cost?
$390 per person. This all-inclusive fee covers housing, meals, three dynamic concerts and programming.
