| Greetings Youth Leader: I am so excited about the upcoming National Gathering of American Baptist Youth called MtW. A dynamic planning team, that has a passion for youth and the church, is working hard in order to make MtW the ultimate conference experience. I know that there are a lot of youth conferences across the nation that you can attend, but you will not find one like this. MtW is a very intimate conference where our focus is on leadership development, relationship building and social transformation. Have you ever gone to a conference and wanted to have a deeper level of engagement with speakers but couldn't? Or maybe you are like me—you absorbed all of the good information and wondered how to apply it? Maybe you have taken a group of youth to a conference and you watched them light up with fire, but upon returning home, found that brightly burning fire dwindle away two Sundays later. I feel your pain! You are looking for a different experience, and I am asking you to look no further. MtW will be a one of a kind event. It is designed to be "More than a Week" because we know that if we, as Christians, are truly going to be the change in a world that is crying for Jesus, we have to find better ways of doing ministry outside of our comfort zones.
